Shipping policy
The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods. We currently ship from the Netherlands.
- Order before 1pm to receive your order tomorrow. Orders made after 1pm will be delivered the day after.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. Postcode restrictions apply.
- All items on sale are non-refundable.
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) — £3.99 flat rate
- Next Day Delivery (1 working day) — £7 flat rate
Free shipping over £100
Rest of Europe
- Europe Delivery (3-10 working days) – £8 flat rate
Free shipping over £300
Rest of the world
- Worldwide (5-15 working days) - £35 flat rate
Keep in mind that duties might apply. We don’t cover these costs and can’t predict how high the costs might be.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
Please note that House Babylon cannot be held responsible for any third parties receiving and signing for goods at your stated address in the event of a claim for non-delivery.
