4 healthy cocktails for the new year
It is the New Year! May we all have an amazing 2019. One step towards a wonderful year is to leave all the unnecessary baggage behind in 2018, like high calorie cocktails. Lets enter 2019 with some healthy cocktails.

This one is a classic. Going forward to any year without this one is a shame. It is a wonderful spin on your regular lemonade. It is hydrating, refreshing and packed with anti-oxidants.

With a total of just 95 calories, this drink should be available everywhere.
It is quite low on sugar and is naturally gluten & tannin free. It is also free of any additives or preservatives
3. PETITE PALOMA
Petite Paloma has a bare minimum of 160 calories. Made with tequila and grapefruit, you can also add a bit of honey to get that sweetness to the drink. No studies have shown the direct benefits of tequila, because let’s be real, it is alcohol at the end of the day. That aside, tequila is a healthy choice when it comes to the alcohol family. Benefits include, aid in digestion, weight loss and diabetics can drink it.
4. VODKA SODA
This is yet again a classic which is never going to go out of style. It is very low on calories, quite refreshing and keeps you hydrated while consuming alcohol.
